Ice Lolly Recipe: Holding Onto Summer!

Not ready to let go of summer? Have some ripe fruit laying around that you need to use up?⁠ Our ICE POP MOLDS may be the answer!⁠

Prepare your fruit, mix it with some honey and pair it with your favorite juice or milk to make an icy or milky popsicle. Seen here is pomegranate and passionfruit, and both go really well with honey, lime juice and some water or coconut water/milk.⁠

And what's the cherry on top? This ICE POP MOLD SET will last for generations! Bye Bye flimsy plastic! 

POMEGRANATE POPS

  • Place 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds into the bottom of each popsicle mold
  • Mix together 1/3 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup of honey (or more if you want it sweeter) and 2 1/2 cups of water
  • Pour in the liquid to fill each mold
  • Freeze overnight and enjoy!

Tip: If you want the pomegranate seeds to be evenly dispersed try this ... Place in the freezer for about an hour or until the liquid has started to freeze but is not completely frozen. Remove the mold from the freezer and, using a knife, stir the liquid and pomegranate seeds. By stirring everything now when the liquid has become more solid, you should be able to disperse them throughout the whole popsicle. Pop the lid back on the popsicle mold and insert the wooden stick.

PASSIONFRUIT POPS

  • Mix together 3/4 cup of passionfruit, 1/3 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup of honey (or more if you want it sweeter) and 2 1/2 cups of water
  • Fill each mold to the top
  • Freeze overnight and enjoy!
